LSWR/SR T9 4-4-0
Add a photo of a completed model
Drummond’s T9 was basically a reworking of his M7 tank - the same boiler (raised) with an extended firebox (12” longer), the same cylinders, slightly modified bogie, larger driving wheels and an added tender. Many of the fittings are identical.
The model will be available in both original form and the later superheated version with extended smokebox.
It will only be available with the narrow cab - I ran out of room on the etch for the wide cab version.
It will be supplied with a normal firebox, but the covers for the crosstube version can be easily added.
